Assessment Analysis

Service Description

This time will be needed following a posture, exercise or nutrition assessment. I do not print out generic home care. Each patient gets a personal plan that I create especially for them. I analyze the information I have collected through my exam, food diaries, labs, xrays, MRI's or other history. I will put together an easy-to-follow plan which I will share and explain in the follow up visit. I will promise a fixed fee even if I have to take some extra time to make things perfect for you.
